Great employees at cibolo location they take care of there customers. I went in for a product they didn't have anymore in that size. They let me upside for the the same deal in a larger size. Thank you Petco my babies only shop at that location.
I had my Maltese, Roxy groomed there yesterday. The staff were so sweet to her and her cut was exactly tailored to her and what I asked for. I then encountered a very friendly and happy man in the store who was very helpful and directed me to the cat flea treatment and gave me helpful advice about why NOT to buy a flea collar and why I should buy the liquid instead...overall, excellent experience. Go visit the grooming shop and don't forget to tip. The staff did not in any way ask for a tip, it's all up to you.
Super clean store and wonderful employees. Only complaint is that they do not keep shelves continually stocked on SOME items. This could be due lag in shipments. Otherwise, a great store!!!
There pay 0 attention to there reptiles. There geckos are always starving to death. And if you don't believe me that Petco is an abusive. Go on to you tube and look up "Petco iguanas in trash" be a good guy and go to petsmart
The store was clean and everything seemed to be in place and faced correctly. However the Merrick cat food we were looking for this location did not have it. It seemed to be a smaller store than most Petco stores I have been in, but their fish section seemed to be well put together and their Betta cups were all clean which is always a huge plus in my book.
